About the Illustrator of Katie Caught a ColdKaty Bratun grew up in the southwest, drawing birds, bears and fish in jackets and hats. After growing up and moving to Salem, Massachusetts, she began illustrating children’s books. The characters she created now inhabit more than 25 picture books, including Gingerbread Mouse which she also wrote. |
